Now reopened after a long refurbishment. Hands-on exhibits, mobiles, installations, or whatever they're called now, pop up in inconvenient places, but the gallery's core collection -- including the large-size Longs -- mostly seem to be on display.    If you want a healthy lunch, try the new restaurant; if not, try the Harry Ramsden's down on the beach.
